The traditional Piaggio motor-cart, a typical means of transport for small post-war rural businesses and still very widespread in Tuscany among growers and artisans, is our symbol and inspiration. The Ape Piaggio is the flag of the territory and of the concept of Km0.

Our "Ape" are equipped for the front sale of eno-astronomical products without losing sight of his tradition but with a look at functionality. Our chefs will prepare the excellences directly on site and according to our traditional recipes, to keep alive aromas and flavors.
